Designlift expanded from that realisation. I used my 20+ years experience in the industry to refine my role focusing on what matters most to my clients: strategic, expert guidance. It is the full expertise of a seasoned designer, offered purely as an advisory service to keep you in the driver's seat.
You buy directly from suppliers, you manage your own contractors, and you make every call. I make sure those calls are the right ones.

WHO IS ROW?
I'm Rowayda Lee Nixon, but you can call me Row.
Twenty years of traditional design taught me exactly where my true passion lies.
My career in interior design spans working across residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors. The part that always pulled me in was the beginning: the concept, the puzzle, and the moment when a room is not quite working, and you have to look past the obvious to find out why. The colours, proportions, materials, furniture, flow, and small decisions that either bring an interior together…… or quietly unravel it. That is where I come alive.
Today, I work as an Interior Design Advisor in Cape Town, South Africa, helping clients find the concept, shape the direction, and make the choices that turn separate ideas into a well-considered interior, while they remain in complete control of the project itself. I ask the questions that cut through the confusion, pick up on the details that matter, and translate your vision into a design journey that is clear, exciting and uniquely yours.
